3 1 15 Non-automatic pistols now do 6 more damage and range is increased by 20ft instead.
4 1 27 Non-automatic pistols now do 8 more damage and their attacks can disarm opponents. 10% chance.
5 1 42 Non-automatic pistols now do double damage. Their attacks have a 20% chance to disarm opponents, and a 10% chance to cripple a limb.
Commando
1 2 1 Rigorous combat training means automatic weapons do 2 more damage
2 2 11 Attacks with automatic weapons now do 4 more damage, with a +4 improved hip fire accuracy.
3 2 21 Attacks with automatic weapons now do 6 more damage. Hip fire accuracy is improved to +8 instead.
4 2 35 Attacks with automatic weapons now do 8 more damage and gain a 5% chance to stagger opponents.
5 2 49 Your automatic weapons now do double damage and have a 10% chance to stagger opponents instead.
Sneak
1 3 1 Become whisper, become shadow. You gain +2 to sneak.
2 3 5 You are now gain +4 to sneak, and no longer trigger floor- based traps.
3 3 12 You are now gain +6 sneak, and no longer trigger enemy mines.
4 3 23 You are now +8 to sneak, and running no longer adversely affects stealth.
5 3 38 Successful stealth causes enemies beyond 20ft to lose you.
Mister Sandman
1 4 1 As an agent of death, you can instantly kill a sleeping person. Your silenced weapons do an additional 2 sneak attack damage.
2 4 17 Your silenced weapons do an additional 4 sneak attack damage.
3 4 30 Your silenced weapons now do 6 more sneak attack damage.
Action Boy/Action Girl
1 5 1 There's no time to waste! Action Points gain a +2 to regenerate.
2 5 18 Your Action Points now gain +4 to regenerate instead.
3 5 38 Your Action Points now gain +6 to regenerate instead.
Moving Target
1 6 1 They can't hurt what they can't hit! Get +10 Damage Resistance and +10 Energy Resistance when you used the Run Action on your previous turn.

Quick Hands

Blitz

Gun Fu

3 10 50 In V.A.T.S. you instantly do a Critical Hit against your fourth target and beyond.
