Overview

It can be difficult to let your players know how much an item costs. Some are better then others and would likely cost more due to this. Below is a list of Magic Items with the costs determined by how I believe they should cost.

Plus Items

These are the simplest of items and are usually the lower end of the price pool as they don't have any special effects.

Armor +1                 4,000 + 2x base cost of armor
Armor +2                10,000 + 3x base cost of armor
Armor +3                65,000 + 5x base cost of armor 
Shield +1                400 + base cost of shield
Shield +2               4,000 + 2x base cost of shield
Shield +3               10,000 + 3x base cost of shield
Weapon +1             400gp + base cost of Weapon
Weapon +2             4,000gp + 2x base cost of weapon
Weapon +3             10,000 + 3x base cost of weapon
