Vocal
Overview
They are usually the ones that are usually the most known in the band. They use their voice as their instrument instead of a physical one and rely on debuffing and area of effect damage.
Voices
When you choose this Role at 3rd level, you can use your Voice in place of a physical instrument. Any of your features that require an Instrument, you consider your Voice as that instrument and can use Charisma as your Ability Score instead of Dexterity for your attacks. Additionally, you are under the effects of a Thaumaturgy which increases all of your ranges on your features that have a range of 5ft of more when using your voice equal to five times your proficiency bonus. You also know the Thaumaturgy Cantrip and you use Charisma as your Modifier.
Down With The Sickness
Also at 3rd level, when you hit with an attack with Voice, that creature reduces its d20 rolls by a d4 until the end of your next turn. You can do this a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus. You regain all expended uses on a Short or Long Rest.
Distortion
Starting at 6th level, you can cause heavy vibrations when using your Voice instrument. When you do this, each creature of your choice within 30ft of you must make a Constitution Saving Throw, DC 8 + proficiency bonus + Charisma modifier. On a failure, they are stunned until the start of your next turn. On a success, they take 3d8 thunder damage. You can do this twice per Short Rest.
Serenity
When you reach 10th level, as an action, you can use your Voice instrument. When you do, you create a 30ft aura around yourself that moves with you. This aura lasts for 1 minute. It ends early if you don't use your Bonus Action to maintain it on each of your turns. When an enemy of your choice rolls damage dice, if they roll above average, they instead take average. You concentrate on this as if concentrating on a spell. You can create this aura a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus. You regain all expended uses when you finish a Long Rest.
Headbanger
Starting at 14th level, As an action, you can use your Voice instrument to cause a wave of emotion within 60ft of you. Choose a number of creatures equal to your Charisma Modifier, those creatures must make a Charisma Saving Throw. On a failure, they marked by your Voice. While marked by your Voice, Their speed is reduced by 15 feet. Also while marked by your Voice, all their ranges of attacks, spells and other abilities that have a range are halved. Any damage dice they use is reduced by one die level to a minimum of a d4 damage die. A creature affected by this can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of their turns ending the effect on a success. You can use this effect twice per Long Rest.
