Force Sensitive Duelist Table


A mixture of martial arts and the force make for a deadly combination. They rely on combining their ability with their fists and empowering themselves through the force.

Touch of the Force

When you choose this path at 1st level, you spend your time focusing on feeling the force and embracing it as it flows through you. You gain the following:

Force Talents: 

You learn two force talents of your choice from the Force Talent list. You learn an additional Force Talent of your choice at 10th level.

Force Level: 

The Force Sensitive Duelist Table shows your Force level and force points you have to use your force abilities.

Force Powers Known of 1st level and Higher: 

You know three 1st level force powers of your choice. The force powers known colmn of the Force Sensitive Duelist Table shows when you  learn more Force spells of 1st level or higher. These must be of a level for which you have Force level for. 

Force Ability: 

Wisdom is your Force ability for your force powers, You use your Wisdom modifier whenever a force refers to your force ability. In addition, you use your Wisdom modifier when setting the saving throw DC for a force power you use and when making an attack roll with one.
Force Save DC = 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Wisdom modifier
Force attack modifier = your proficiency bonus + your Wisdom modifier

Midichlorian Attunement

Starthing at 3rd level, your echani training and force focus combine to refine your force powers to an exact level. When using a force ability you can use one of the following benefits:

Careful Use: When you use a force pwer that forces other creatures to make a saving throw, you can protect some of those creatures from the forces full effect. To do so, you choose a number of those creatures up to your Wisdom modifier minimum of one creature. A chosen creature automatically succeeds on its saving throw.

Distant Use: When you use a force power that has a range of 5 feet or greater, you can double the range of the force power.

Subtle Use: When you use a force power you can do it secretly giving you advantage on sleight of hand checks to hide a force power being used.

Change in Balance:

Starting at 11the level, you can choose one damage type when you finish a short or long rest. You gain resistance to that damage type until you choose a different one with this feature. Damage from modified weapons ignores this resistance.

Power of Two

Starting at 17th level, when you use your action to use a force power, you can make one weapon attack as a bonus action.
