Stella Vanguard
Overview
This is Stella Vanguard, a Tabletop Roleplaying game that is a d100 system. It uses large bipedal mechs called ATACs (All Terrian Advanced Combatants). These require people to pilot them and anyone with a little bit of training can do so. Though they won't be as good as someone with greater training and experience. It works off the user's capabilities both mentally and physical, though one can compensate for the other and vice versa.
