Melee Weapons

Their Base Damage is equal to their Weight plus your strength.
When salvaging these items, you get that many parts. When Repairing, you need that many parts.
Durability works the same way with Melee and Ranged Weapons, though Ranged weapons degrade faster. When you hit something with a Melee weapon it loses 5 durability. When you fire your Ranged weapon it loses 5 durability.
When either a melee or ranged weapon falls below half its durability, its damaged is reduced to half rounded up.

Ranged Weapons

Its Guns n' Stuff. Ranged weapons have a Base damage.
Shooting Range: The range listed on the weapon is its maximum range it can fire. You can fire up to half its Range without penalty. You gain a -1 for every 25% beyond it. 
Repairing a ranged weapon cost 3x the salvage value.
Arrows/Bolts: You have a 50% chance to recover an arrow, whether you missed or hit.
Burst Fire: Fires 3 bullets at one target. Accuracy -1.
Full Auto: Fires 6 bullets which can target up to 3 things. Accuracy -3.

This Weapon comes with a 3x Scope. This scope allows you to fire up to 3 times its range without penalty. You must use an action to aim for this effect. The Magazine is 4. Its Noise is 120ft.

Ammo

Ammo is very limited in the world, and as such, should be cherished. You can find ammo in places such as Gun Shops, Warehouses, Police Stations and some residential houses. Ammo takes up a slot in your backpack like all other items, but can be stacked. Smaller rounds such as can be stacked up to 32 for one inventory slot. Larger ammo such as 12g shotgun shells, .45 and .50 can only be stacked up to 12 per one inventory slot.

Executions

These are insta kill manuvers that you can perform when under the right circumstances. Most Elites are immune to these effects, but will take triple the normal damage. There are two types of Executions. 

Ground Execution: This happens when a zombie is laying on the ground.  These can be performed with any melee weapon.
Stealth Execution: This happens wen you are able to sneak up behind a zombie without any other zombie noticing you. These can only be performed with a slashing or piercing melee weapon that weighs 3lbs or less.
